New clients require a consultation before any technical/cut or styling services and are required to pay a £40 deposit (technical) or £10 (cut/colour) which is refundable off your bill.  48-hour notice must be given when cancelling - see below.  All deposits will be lost if you do not attend your appointment.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

I'd just like to remind all my clients that it's really important that all appointments are kept and cancellations are made as soon as possible.  We all have to change our plans sometimes, but late cancellations are costly for my business, especially if I don't have time to get another booking arranged.  The more notice you can give me the better.

It's standard practice in professional salons to charge a cancellation fee for short notice cancellations.  I charge 50% of the cost of booked treatments for appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the agreed time slot.

I'm sure you understand and appreciate why this has to be in place, however, I hope it's not something we'll have  to worry about and I look forward to seeing you at your next appointment.
