Jo Holton not only spends her time creating beautiful hair in her salon but given the opportunity to be creative and collaborate with other people in her industry she is always ambitious and keen to take on any challenge that comes her way.  Jo has attended a few editorial shoots now and is always looking for the opportunity to do more. 

 

"I love getting to work with photographers and models that I used to read about in magazines and being the one who has done the hair and make up makes me feel so proud. Watching photographers at work is amazing as I get different perspectives; their photos are always spectacular and I get to see exactly how it happens behind the scenes, and how much work goes into producing a single image.

To get the perfect shot takes a huge amount of team work, from the photographer, production, hair, makeup, and styling and it's great to be a part of it.  Everything has to come together, so it’s a big, collaborative effort.  It's an opportunity to be creative and to collaborate with people to make beautiful images."
